Welcome to North Side Band & Orchestra!
Our rich tradition of musical excellence includes the Marching Legends, Legends Winter Guard, two concert bands, two jazz bands, and orchestra, and a jazz combo. The Wildsiders Jazz Band is a 3-time state champion, and the Marching Legends have competed at the marching band state finals 42 times. Whether performing on the field, stage, or in the community, our ensembles uphold a legacy of passion, dedication, and artistry.

All That Jazz!
The Wildsiders Jazz Band has won the ISSMA State Jazz Band Finals State Championship in 2018, 2019, and most recently in 2024. They are the standard of excellence in jazz performance.
North Side's 2nd jazz band, "Rehearsal Stage Band," provides a solid foundation for our beginning and intermediate jazz students.
Make A Difference, Join The Music Boosters!
The Music Boosters are committed to helping the North Side High School bands in any way possible. Fundraising, chaperoning band trips, building props, hauling equipment, feeding hungry band members on contest days… You name it, we do it to support the kids and our directors!
